Your

Team & Role

As the Workforce IAM Onboarding Lead within IAM Enablement, you will lead the intake, onboarding, and lifecycle enablement of business applications into workforce identity controls. This role partners closely with application owners, security, and technology teams to ensure consistent onboarding into:

  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA): access requests, access reviews, entitlement registration
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM): vaulting, session management, endpoint privilege management

You will drive stakeholder engagement, clarify requirements, guide onboarding activities end-to-end, and ensure onboarding outcomes are measurable, repeatable, and aligned to enterprise standards. You will explain difficult concepts and influence others. You will work on extremely complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of process, risks, and controls. This role involves working closely with senior IAM staff to ensure the security and efficiency of user access to systems and data.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in information security controls.

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
  • Lead application onboarding into workforce IGA and PAM controls—managing the intake process, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as the primary business-facing partner for application teams, translating IAM requirements into clear onboarding actions and deliverables.
  • Drive onboarding readiness activities such as:
    • entitlement and role discovery
    • schema/attribute mapping and data alignment
    • access request and certification requirements
    • privileged access use‑case mapping (where applicable)
  • Coordinate across technology, applications, and operations teams using core toolsets including SailPoint, Ping, Cyber Ark, and Hashi Corp.
  • Maintain onboarding artifacts: tracking dashboards, evidence documentation, control validation checklists, and release communications.
  • Identify onboarding friction and continuously improve processes (templates, playbooks, standard patterns, and reusable onboarding pathways).
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to onboarding associates; escalates risks/issues with clear options and recommendations.
  • Partner with senior IAM leaders to align onboarding throughput with roadmap priorities and compliance expectations.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields.
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business concepts and information security tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through self‑initiative and tackling challenges.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt with evolving business decisions and technical improvements or limitations.

Advanced experience and/or expertise with several of the following:

  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Experience onboarding applications to IGA tools
  • Compliance Monitoring and Remediation
  • NIST and ISO 27000 Standards
Preferred qualifications
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
