Product Deployment Engineer Manager
As the Product Deployment Engineer (PDE) Manager, you are the strategic leader and primary link between gTech Ads, Google Customer Solutions (GCS) regional leadership, and Product and Sales Activation (PSA). You unify these functions to graduate customers along the product adoption maturity curve. A critical mandate involves liaising with GCS PSA Leaders, Global Product Leads, and the Ads Solutions Engineering Centre of Excellence (CoE) to deploy excellent implementations.
Your team critically assesses customer needs to drive advanced product adoption. You serve as a product advocate for gTech Ads for complex technical product deployment. This role balances the operational management of a specialized technical team with the execution of high-impact, regional media and product business strategies. Operationally, you will guide a high-performing team of PDEs through complex technical projects and advanced implementations.
Strategically, you will act as the principal advisor to gTech Ads GCS, owning the complex implementation strategy across the region. You partner with implementation program managers, PSA leads, and regional sales directors to accelerate product adoption.
