Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Nashville, TN | Memphis, TN | Little Rock, AR

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join a highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm.

This role offers meaningful case ownership, strong internal support, and a collaborative, results-driven environment-without billable-hour pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through trial
• Manage cases that may resolve in pre-litigation or proceed through litigation
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate closely with colleagues
• Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented firm culture

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar license (TN or AR, or ability to become licensed)
• 3+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Litigation or trial experience a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter who is reliable, engaged, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pre-Litigation Track: $90k+ base salary + year-end bonus
• Litigation Track:
