A leading manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets is seeking a  
** Senior Supply Chain Manager
** to lead all aspects of supply chain operations, including S&OP, procurement, materials management, inventory control, supplier performance, and team development.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Lead and optimize the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

+ Manage procurement, materials planning, inventory, and supplier performance.

+ Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

+ Partner with operations, engineering, program management, and finance to support production and customer commitments.

+ Drive successful new product introductions and supplier readiness activities.

+ Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.

+ Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

+ 8+ years of supply chain, procurement, materials, or operations experience.

+ 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

+ 3+ years of ERP system experience.

+ 3+ years of S&OP experience.

+ Strong background in inventory management, supplier development, procurement, and production planning.

+ Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

+ U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + MBA and/or APICS, ISM, CPSM, CPM, or CSCP certification.

+ Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other complex manufacturing environments.

+ Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
