Buyer – Procurement / Supply Chain (Manufacturing)
Central Moloney is hiring a Buyer to join our Supply Chain team in White Hall, AR. This is a great opportunity for an experienced procurement or supply chain professional ready to own sourcing, material planning, and supplier relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll drive purchasing decisions for raw materials, parts, and supplies that directly support production, working cross-functionally with planning, accounts payable, and our supplier network.

What You'll Do
- Lead procurement and purchasing of raw materials, parts, and supplies, balancing quality standards with cost control
- Conduct MRP (Material Requirements Planning) reviews to forecast material needs and align purchasing with production schedules
- Develop and execute material plans, place and track purchase orders, and manage inventory levels to prevent production delays
- Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate pricing and terms, manage supplier performance, and resolve compliance issues
- Partner with accounts payable to research and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring accurate, on-time supplier payments
- Analyze procurement and inventory data in Microsoft Excel and prepare reports for leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency across the procurement function
