Repair/Refurb Technician II

R&R Solutions, a client‑focused solutions provider, is hiring a Full‑Time Repair/Refurb Technician II in Gravette, AR. In this onsite role you will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of IT hardware—including servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems—while ensuring compliance with warranty contracts and maintaining inventory records.

• Diagnose and repair IT‑related hardware to meet customer specifications.
• Execute maintenance and warranty work, keeping accurate repair records.
• Communicate equipment needs to supervisors and follow ESD requirements.
• Assist with moving, sorting, and loading goods up to 50 lbs, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time–management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, warm/cool/noisy environment; occasional prolonged standing.
• Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs; pallet‑jack experience a plus.

• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
