We are seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Manager – Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage team tasks, and support financial decision-making. The role requires leadership ability, a strong understanding of Indian tax laws, and hands-on experience with accounting systems like Tally ERP.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and journal entries
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory filings
- Handle monthly and annual closings, audits, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor and control company expenses and cash flows
- Prepare financial reports and MIS for management review
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Lead a small team of accounts executives and provide guidance
- Leadership ability
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems like Tally ERP
