Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40‑bed, all‑boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the stunning Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. Pay
: $48,000/year (negotiable based on experience)

What you will do
:
The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. This position must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full‑time employees.
To be considered you should
:
- Possess a BA/BS in Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services, or related field
- Have three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.)
- Have one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Current staff must have Youth Care 101 and Essential Subjects Training Completed
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must be able to meet the requirements of an ROP‑eligible driver, including having a valid Driver’s License
Schedule
: 3 days on/2 off – 2 days on/3 off
Day Shift: 8am – 9pm (13‑hour shift, 1‑hour break)

Bachelors or better.
ExperienceOne (1) year supervisory experience.
Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment.
