We specialize in the sustainable resolution of the most difficult company situations and the implementation of complex transformation processes. We advise companies on fundamental analyses and far-reaching decisions in the strategic, operational, and financial areas and ensure their consistent implementation.

• Creation of in-depth market and competition analyses within complex restructuring and transformation projects
• Sound assessment of the competitiveness and future viability of business models and independent development of strategic solution approaches
• Participation in the conception and moderation of management workshops for strategic reorientation and business model innovation – you guide decision-makers through critical turning points
• Mentoring and professional development of entry-level employees, work students, and interns

• First professional experience (internships and/or permanent positions) in management consulting or in a comparable project-based, demanding work environment, especially in the areas of commercial due diligence and/or turnaround
• Very good academic qualification
• Sound expertise in market and competition analyses, benchmarking, and strategy development as well as proficient handling of research databases and sources
• Experience in or a keen interest in core industries of the German middle class (e.g., automotive, mechanical engineering, retail/consumer goods, real estate)
• Openness to and experience with the use of innovative analysis and implementation methods, in particular generative AI
• Fluent German and English
• Strong degree of initiative and analytical thinking as well as confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and team orientation
