Tyson Foods in Arkansas is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise a team of 10–12 hourly technicians. This development role prepares team members for progression to a maintenance supervisor.
You will coordinate daily tasks with the supervisor, troubleshoot and repair equipment, mentor technicians, and ensure safe, compliant operation. You’ll also manage SAP-PM reporting and contribute to plant reliability goals.
