The pay range is $95,000.00 - $. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About the Sr. ETL Role

You work side by side with the Store Director to run a profitable growth business that has one purpose: to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. You lead a sales force of experts that are passionate about making sure guests get what they came for (plus a little more) every time they shop at your store. You develop leaders who care about their team members, and team members who care about their guests and each other.

  • Guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest‑first culture on your team
  • Retail business fundamentals, including understanding department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
  • Setting and planning of department(s) monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and managing a team to meet sales goals
  • Leveraging competitor insights to drive business objectives
  • Managing a team of multi-level leaders and creating business‑specific strategies and goals
  • Recruiting, selecting and talent management of hourly and exempt team members and leaders
  • Consistently delivering guest experience commitments
  • Holding TLs accountable to deliver exceptional guest experiences through consistent operations, accountability, team development, training and recognition
  • Celebrating outstanding guest experiences across teams and ensuring recognition is consistent and meaningful
  • Reviewing area guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps and understand team behaviors, and taking action to improve
  • Celebrating wins, setting clear priorities, and leading actions that drive results and enhance the guest experience
  • Partnering across teams to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience
  • Assisting the Store Director in planning, strategizing and building the business
  • Driving total omnichannel store sales, demonstrating how you, your team and your departments contribute to and impact total store profitability
  • Anticipating and identifying changes in store‑specific trends and driving sales growth in your departments by leaning into key seasons, events and weekends
  • Leveraging financial, operational, team and guest reports to understand the business; sharing key insights and themes with the Store Director to support total store strategy and growth
  • Leading and creating a culture of executing all best practices by understanding where operational shortages can occur throughout the building, building routines and action plans to resolve opportunities, and establishing clear goals and expectations to hold team accountable
  • Knowing and assessing the competition and leveraging guest insights and feedback to drive the business and be the destination of choice for our guests
