Supervise store operations and department readiness, including grocery operations, replenishment, merchandising, and front-end flow.;
Direct and oversee fresh food production and safety standards, service counters, and quality controls.;
Monitor and enforce store safety, policies, and procedures; manage employee coaching, conflict resolution, and performance.;
Ensure adherence to schedules, attendance, and proper staffing during closing shifts.;
