Executive Director - Community Mental Health Center

Arkansas | $120K-$175K DOE | Reports to the Board of Directors

Our client, a CARF-accredited community mental health center serving Arkansas, is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across a five-location system of care. Programs include outpatient, youth, residential day, and detox services. With approximately 87 FTEs, a recently renewed CARF accreditation, and diversified revenue streams, including a state block grant that recently grew revenue, the organization has built a strong foundation of accountability and is positioned for continued growth.

• Financial stewardship and revenue growth

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated business and financial leadership experience within behavioral health
• Experience managing budgets, grants, and public funding sources such as state block grants and service contracts
• Multi-site operational leadership experience
• Experience with CARF accreditation and behavioral health regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with behavioral health EMR systems

• Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Multi-site leadership in a community mental health or substance use treatment setting
• Experience with Credible EMR

• $120K-$175K, depending on experience
