Location: WHEELING MACHINE PRODUCTS, 5411 INDUSTRIAL DR S, PINE BLUFF, AR
Onsite Interviews: Tuesday, February 4, 2026, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
Position OverviewThis role involves performing a variety of tasks related to producing threaded couplings for the oil and gas industry. The Machine Operator will contribute to the overall success of the production process.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting pay: $21.00 per hour with advancement to $22.00 per hour after qualification on certain equipment.
- Quarterly Incentive Bonus Plan complements the hourly rate after completion of the probationary period.

- CNC Machine Operating:
Operate industrial computer‑controlled machines that cut metal to a specific dimension. Make adjustments to the program as needed for efficient operations. Use handheld industrial tools to change carbide cutting tools. Follow written Standard Operating Procedures for machine operation. Ability to use HDMI computer touch screens, accurately record measurements (written and electronically). Use of basic math skills for inspection calculations. Inputting of data into electronic database. - Inspection:
Use precise measuring instruments that measure in thousandth of an inch such as dial indicators and calipers. - Tool Usage:
Use inspection tools such as dial indicators, calipers, air‑powered tools, handheld wrenches. May be required to operate forklifts. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Ability to read and apply Hazardous Energy Controlled Procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work an industrial schedule consisting of 8‑to‑12‑hour shifts, including day and night shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Required overtime work.
- Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines. Wear personal protective equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, boots with metatarsal protection, etc.
- Position requires punctuality, consistent attendance, and self‑direction for operational success.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and repetitively lift in excess of 25 lbs.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction settings.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and using detailed inspection equipment.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Work conducted in a non‑climate industrial environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and hazardous materials.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and is required at all times.
- Machine setups for production runs.
- Manual machining skills.
