Overview

We are the national premier boat building company for the recreation industry. Our boats are built tough, and our welds are first class. Our specialty is bay, bass, walleye, salmon, duck hunting, and crappie fishing boats. We are currently seeking a painter with preferred painting experience in automotive finishes.

• Reads work orders or receives instructions from supervisor regarding painting.
• Cleaning aluminum surfaces for contaminants such as grease and dust.
• Check the hull for scratches and/or defects so that they may be corrected.
• Apply masking patterns according to standards.
• Mix required coatings as directed by P-Sheet.
• Apply coating using an HVLP spray gun.
• Use time efficiently to allow cleaning/maintenance of equipment and shop.
• Ability to repair issues with work, such as runs in paint and scratches.
• Follow all required safety guidelines at all times.
