The Production Associate performs a variety of manual or machine‑assisted, repetitive tasks to produce whole turkey products, turkey parts, ready‑to‑cook turkey products, and ready‑to‑eat turkey products.

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hr, increase to $19.75/hr in 90 days. Shift Start Time: 5:43 AM.

Essential duties:
Evisceration Production Associates clean and eviscerate recently slaughtered turkeys, remove organs, perform repetitive tasks with knives and scissors, rotate through multiple jobs, perform any job in the department at supervisor’s discretion, and adapt to changing assignments as needed.

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hr, increase to $19.75/hr in 90 days. Shift Start Time: 7:00 AM.

Essential duties:
Debone Production Associates cut and trim turkey parts using knives and other tools, maintain sharp tools, perform repetitive tasks associated with processing and packaging deboned turkey parts, and rotate through multiple jobs to achieve proficiency.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr, increase to $19.25/hr in 90 days. Shift Start Time: 9:00 AM.

Essential duties:
Packaging Production Associates hang chilled turkeys on moving shackles, shape whole turkeys to specifications, inject basting solution, seal into bags on the rotomatic machine, weigh, tag, and net packaged turkeys, and rotate through multiple job functions.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr, increase to $19.25/hr in 90 days. Shift Start Time: 9:00 AM.

Essential duties:
Boxing Production Associates read tags, place packaged turkeys into correct boxes, stack complete boxes, and rotate through multiple job functions; assignments may change per production needs.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr, increase to $19.25/hr in 90 days. Shift Start Time: 8:15 AM.

Essential duties:
Injection Associates prepare bone‑in breasts and whole turkeys for further processing, mix brine, weigh, shape, load onto racks, push racks into ovens, wash racks, and rotate through multiple job functions.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr, increase to $19.25/hr in 90 days. Shift Start Time: 8:00 AM.

Essential duties:
Smoke & Bake Associates package ready‑to‑eat products, place turkeys into bags, seal, weigh, tag, net, and box; rotate through multiple job functions.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr, increase to $19.25/hr in 90 days. Shift Start Time: 11:00 PM. Shift Premium: $1.00.

Essential duties: BRT Production Associates cut and trim breast meat, apply seasonings, weigh roasts, package with rotomatic and netting machines, and rotate through multiple job functions.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr, increase to $19.25/hr in 90 days. Shift Start Time: 4:00 PM. Shift Premium: $1.00.

Essential duties:
Sanitation Workers clean production equipment and work areas, handle and store cleaning chemicals, report contamination or safety concerns, and rotate through multiple job functions.

• Temperature fluctuations from hot ambient to 40°F in winter.
• Damp‑to‑wet conditions.
• Loud/noisy environment (86‑99 dB).
• Exposure to raw meat, organs, blood, feces.
• Work with loud machinery.
• Exposure to chemicals, fumes, pungent odors.
• Mandatory overtime or weekend work.
• Seasonal work during October and November, 7 days/week for 5‑6 weeks.

• Stand up to four (4) hours at a time.
• Lift, carry, push, pull up to sixty (60) pounds.
• Grip, grasp, lift repetitively.
• Operate handheld and/or mechanical machinery.
• Wear PPE and hygiene equipment: steel mesh guards, bump cap/hard hat, steel‑toed footwear, hearing protection, smock, gloves.

• No minimum education requirement.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
