Shift: 5:00 AM-4:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour (Starting Pay: 1st Shift $19.11/hour)

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, is looking for a Production Specialist to join our growing team of about 500 employees. You will work 1st shift under a Shift Lead, operating mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more. Training will be provided on equipment and processes.

• Learn multiple roles and file in as production needs.
• Operate power jack.
• Work in SAP to scan inventory property and ensure recipe compliance.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

First shift:
Monday – Thursday, 10‑hour shifts, start times vary between 4:30–6:30am.
