** We are looking for Assembly Operator I within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.*
* ** Crafting Excellence:
Your Responsibilities*
* + Performing all duties associated within the department.

+ Following instructions and communicating effectively.

+ Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

+ Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.

+ Loading wash baskets for washer.

+ Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

+ Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

* + Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.

+ Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

** Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more.
