Non-Exempt.
- Must be proficient in ALL Packer and Entry Operator duties
- Complete start of shift inspection/sanitation of equipment
- Track Sanitation results, Retains/Micros and Product specification compliance
- Complete quality checks as needed
- Perform and/or participate in Preventative Maintenance of equipment
- Working knowledge of JDE - appropriate to the Advanced Operator position and responsibilities.
- Know and understand non-conformity manual dimensions and folds)
- Complete minor machine changeovers (film, label, paper and box sizes)
- Complete and/or participate in major changeovers
- Communicate information to on-coming shift
- Must be able to maintain 6S compliance
- Rotate into any position as needed due to absences, breaks, etc.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand at least 8-12 hours
- Must be able to walk long distances
- Required to wear PPE, including hair net, beard net and any other as required for job
- Clean any area of the facility as assigned or needed to maintain cgmp
- All other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned

- Strong verbal, written and analytical skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A working knowledge of cGMP regulations and guidelines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing lines and processes.
- Must be in good standing-no recent attendance warnings
