Temporary Operations Support - Walnut Ridge, AR

Simplot Grower Solutions is looking to fill a Temporary Operations Support position. This is a Full-time, temporary, position with benefits and the opportunity for substantial over‑time hours. The primary responsibility is to assist with daily plant operations.

• Operate seed cleaning and conditioning equipment according to direction.
• Thoroughly clean all conditioning and bagging equipment.
• Cleaning and maintenance of facility.
• Application of appropriate tags and labels.
• Accurately maintain seed inventory counts.
• Receiving, staging and loading seed for shipping.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support efficient plant operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Receiving and unloading product and performing warehouse inventory and storage functions.
• May assist with recordkeeping related to warehouse/inventory responsibilities.
• Miscellaneous duties such as assisting with special projects, attending training sessions, providing back‑up when needed, etc.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Forklift and warehouse experience are highly desired.
• Past seed handling experience or agriculture background preferred.
• Excellent communications skills with positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs frequently.
• Cooperative and willing to assist others.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Ag‑Industry Hours – overtime in peak season as required.
