Production Supervisor

• Support the unit in achieving production targets by adhering to systems and processes.
• Operate machinery and equipment on the shop floor, reading and interpreting technical diagrams for assembly of products, systems, and panels.
• Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi‑finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing when integrated with production lines.
• Perform work manually or with light hand tools.
• Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have work authorization permitting employment in the US.
