Material Support Operator
Location:
Onsite – Sheridan, AR
Starting at $20.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shift.
Shifts NeededWeekdays - 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm - 3:00am
Responsibilities- Pull orders to move, gather, or distribute products to internal and external customers.
- Pull materials and items from receiving areas to storage areas or to other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.
- Mark materials with identifying information.
- Open bales, crates, and other containers.
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Weigh or count items for distribution.
- Arrange stock parts in specified sequence.
- Enter records in the computer.
- Prepare parcels for shipping.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Able to work above ground level while operating a powered industrial vehicle.
- Forklift experience.
- Order Picker, Reach Truck experience preferred.
- Forklift Certification:
In-house certification is required post-hire, consisting of 3‑day powered industrial vehicle training, medical questionnaire, and eye exam.
