Job Summary

The position supports the research and development on current products, new products, and continually improve the product quality to meet customer requirements, standard requirements and company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new products of noodle cakes and seasonings, initiating from product prototyping, production pilot trials; and technical documentation of samples and new raw materials, prior to commercialization, is maintained and completed.
  • Evaluate and implement the experiments/trials to optimize new and existing ingredients, raw materials, packaging materials, and process improvement.
  • Conduct shelf‑life study of new product development, in which the data is analyzed and recommendations are presented.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations on product development, ensuring that it meets the standard requirement.
  • Work with QC/QA and production on quality/process controls, process improvements, drive results, and problem solving/root cause investigation.
  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing of ingredients for new product development.
  • Other tasks will be assigned and updated by superiors.

Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor degree of Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Agro‑Industry or related fields.
  • Experiences:
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of job‑related experience in food and beverage industries.
  • Skills and knowledge:
  • Knowledge of food regulations with specific emphasis on nutritional labelling, food ingredient functions, and food safety systems.
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP, etc.
  • Good command of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistics).
