• Assemble electric motors and related components
• Pack, ship, and receive equipment and supplies
• Complete required paperwork accurately
• Perform work in compliance with quality procedures and company policies

• Tasks are routine and well-documented
• Ability to recognize basic issues and ask for guidance as needed
• Errors typically result in minor delays or rework only

• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior experience necessary – training provided
• Must have a clean drug screen and criminal background
