The location in Glenwood, Arkansas, United States, is seeking talent to fill the position of Forklift Operator. This job is full‑time permanent.

Responsibilities
  • Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into trucks or storage facilities.
  • Obtain a copy of the production schedule or shipping order and transport material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility.
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles such as trucks.
  • Move goods packed on pallets or in crates, along with parent rolls, with clamp trucks around the storage facility.
  • Stack goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.
  • Check that loads are secure.
  • Stack empty pallets.
  • Perform daily equipment checks, including safety inspections and lubricating fork trucks.
  • Remove machine attachments and waste material from machines.
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Dump materials into machine hoppers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Basic math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required.
  • High degree of attention required to prevent damage or injury to others; promote a safe work environment.
  • Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
  • Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
  • Maintain a clean & safe environment.
  • May be required to use an RF scanner gun.
  • Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license required.
  • Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
  • Physical demands and abilities: frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Have a good sense of balance, eye‑hand‑foot coordination.
  • Ability to assess weights, judge distances and heights.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
