Now Hiring: Tool and Die Maker
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
First Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday-Friday
The Shop Runs on Your Precision
Step up as a Tool and Die Maker in Hot Springs and be the one who makes it all happen. You'll craft, fix, and fine-tune the tools that keep machines humming and orders rolling.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or Tool & Die certification preferred.
- 5+ years of Tool & Die Maker, Machinist, or Precision Manufacturing experience.
- Aerospace, aviation, aircraft manufacturing, or MRO experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Experience with manual and CNC machining operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills; CAD experience.

- Build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and production equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses.
- Machine precision components to tight tolerances and verify dimensions using measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and perform repairs to support production operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve tooling performance and efficiency.
- Inspect completed tooling for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
