Pay starts at $18 an hour and can be more with experience. A 6% shift differential is paid after training and moving to night shift.

We utilize a wide range of metal forming techniques and special manufacturing processes, servicing the commercial, military, regional jet, helicopter, and general aviation markets.
Position SummaryPerform non-destructive testing (NDT) using Fluorescent Liquid penetrant inspection techniques to evaluate manufactured products. Perform routine and preventive maintenance, calibrations, and equipment upkeep. Conduct examinations using approved NDT liquid penetrant methods. Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results in accordance with specifications and procedures. Review applicable codes, standards, and contractual requirements prior to inspections.
Education, Skills, & Training Requirements- Meet minimum vision requirements of NAS
410 - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Aerospace manufacturing or similar manufacturing environment
- Willing to complete required amount of on-the-job training and testing in order to obtain Level 2 penetrant certification
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Proficient with researching, interpreting, and applying customer specifications & work instructions or procedures
- Computer skills necessary to learn/operate word processing, spreadsheets, email and web-based applications
- Basic knowledge of Work Health & Safety as they apply to a safe work environment
- Verbal and interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Documented experience and/or certification in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection NDT
- Knowledge of NDT, Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Inspection is highly preferred
- Knowledge in Blueprint reading, Precision Measurements and Applied Math preferred
- Working knowledge of aircraft/structural assembly processes preferred
- Understanding of FAI and general Inspection procedures preferred
- Preferred knowledge in 5S/Lean principles
