Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician responsibilities include:
- Performing maintenance measures on production facilities in the EGIO/Epitaxie area (Epitaxie reactors)
- Executing troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical and electrical machine components
- Conducting preventive maintenance
- Coordinating and accepting comprehensive service work (also in collaboration with external companies)
- Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., DGUV, etc.)
Improving plant technology/performance and processes:
- Identifying failure hotspots and executing process optimizations
- Exchanging information with other users/maintenance
- Determining critical spare parts and ensuring spare parts supply
Training operational production staff regarding standardized service work
Error and service documentation
Handling production-internal projects and point of contact for plant installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments, e.g., other support groups
Your profile:
- State-certified technician or equivalent qualification in mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc., with qualification as an electrical expert
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance/repair of manufacturing facilities (production environment)
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
- Training occurs in the day shift during the first three months
- Ideally experience in the semiconductor manufacturing or special machinery construction sector
- Independent and quality-conscious working style
- Planning and organizational skills as well as communication ability
- Analytical thinking and team capability
- Fluent German and good English skills
- IT: MS Office, SAP, experience in plant software is advantageous
