NOW HIRING – PAINT SUPPORT & ASSEMBLERS Midway Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team in Decatur, AR! Positions Available:

• Paint Support
• Assemblers

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation and movement of products through the paint process
• Load and unload parts from paint racks and production lines
• Prepare metal surfaces for painting and powder coating
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality inspections on painted and assembled products
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Assist with material handling and production support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
