Maintenance Generalist; MG-MGD Shift - Dardanelle, AR

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment, including electrical, welding, fabricating, troubleshooting, and general repairs of lines, conveyors, and machines.
• Make rounds and document system conditions such as temperatures, pressure, inspections, and maintain acceptable tolerance ranges.
• Read, interpret, and understand drawings, sketches, prints, and related documents for the maintenance and repair of processing equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Work the D Shift (day shift).

• Minimum of one year of maintenance experience, with 6 months of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work outdoors in temperatures ranging from cold to hot, and in environments that may include rain, snow, wind, dust, damp, humid, wet, and high concentrations of allergens.
• Physical ability to stand for 8–12 hours a day and perform tasks such as grasping, gripping, twisting, pulling, bending, stooping, lifting in excess of 40 lbs, and climbing stairs and ladders.
• Comprehend oral and written instruction.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
