Starting Rate: $22.00 - $27.40 with a 7% increase for second and third shift.

1st Shift 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, 12‑hour shifts, 2‑2‑3 Rotation

North Plant, 1009 Sloan Street, Crawfordsville, IN 47945. (The North Plant is the location for this position.)

• Set up, adjust, and operate a single piece of machinery
• Participate in training to prepare to promote into a Lead operator position
• Inspect equipment for safety issues
• Monitor quality, output, and productivity
• Learn to utilize tools to measure and adjust the machine to target levels
• Learn and engage in preventative maintenance tasks as required
• Assist lead operator with providing guidance to crew members
• Work in a team environment and cross‑train with others

• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge

In addition to the qualification requirements for this position, preference will be given to candidates who agree to participate in cross‑training, including achieving qualified status within the role and assuming responsibility as a backup for lateral and progressive roles as needed.
