** We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Plastics Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.*

** Your Responsibilities

+ Ability to operate low-complexity machinery and some high-complexity machinery and processes, at rate, while adhering to all quality and safety standards.

+ Must be able to complete required paperwork as directed by leadership.

+ Frequent independent judgment required in making decisions on equipment.

+ Required to keep production areas as safe and clean as possible.

+ All other duties assigned as needed by supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications

+ High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
