Production Packer

Job Description:

As a Production Packer, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

This role works an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $22.26/hour plus shift differentials.

• Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates
• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
• Supporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products
• Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts

• High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)

• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed

The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.26/hr, with the potential for future pay increase. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
