Schedule:

6p-6a, 2-2-3 rotation
Pay: $18.96–$22.35 hourly

Location:

North Plant, 1009 Sloan St., Crawfordsville.
Position will be in the North Plant.

• Read work orders and collaborate with operators to improve the operation of our binding line.
• Learn to operate small pieces of equipment.
• Load printed materials into bindery equipment.
• Move finished product from the binding line and stack neatly onto pallets, carts or trays.
• Work in a team environment and cross‑train with others.
• Receive training to help advance your career.

• Requires the ability to lift and carry 20–60 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift.

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift.
• Preference for candidates who agree to participate in cross‑training, achieve qualified status within the position, and assume responsibility as a backup for lateral and progressive roles.
