Acuity is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations at our Indiana Production Facility (IPF) in Crawfordsville, Arkansas. This role requires supervising hourly employees, driving safety and quality, and meeting production goals according to Lean principles.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. A commitment to continuous improvement and strong leadership skills are essential.
