Location: Monette
Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Injection Molding to join our dynamic team in Monette, AR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving innovation. Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize injection molding processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
Lead projects focused on process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new technology implementation.
Train and mentor junior engineers and manufacturing staff on best practices and technical skills.
Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically in injection molding.
Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.
Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
You should be proficient in:
Mixing Plastic Extrusion Experience Injection Molding Experience Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience Machines & technologies you'll use:
ERP Software
