General Production - Service - 1st shift

Shift and Compensation

Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (10‑hour shifts). Hourly rate: $19.11 an hour.

At Conagra Brands’ Fayetteville, AR Plant, we produce Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure continuous operation and support a team of over 500 associates.

• Operate all production machines and equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to maintain continuous production.
• Supply lines to keep the production flow steady.
• Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
• Collaborate with departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

This is a physical position that requires staying on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs or ladders, and kneeling for extended periods. Tasks include repetitive motions, frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying materials. The environment may have high noise levels and temperature variations. Overtime may be necessary to meet production demand.
