Responsibilities Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to production specifications.

Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.

Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in the plastics industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
