Wellness Pet Company is seeking a Production Coating Operator for our Decatur, AR manufacturing plant. This role supports extrusion, injection molding, drying, cutting, and packaging operations, following SOPs and GMPs to ensure first‑time quality.
You will work the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM), perform safety checks, keep a clean work area, and assist with line changeovers. Entry‑level candidates may apply and grow into Lead roles with experience.
