Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities:
Delegate tasks to ensure production goals are met and work is performed in compliance with policies and regulations;
Coordinate the work of personnel and enforce policies, procedures, and GMP/food safety guidelines;
Set up line(s) and deploy personnel to meet production requirements prior to shift start;
Gather and record data and create departmental reports; disseminate to appropriate personnel;
Train/cross-train employees in departmental processes and procedures
