Maintenance Process Coordinator ​/ 2nd Shift

Location: Danville

Sanderson Farms -  - Responsibilities:
Delegate tasks to ensure production goals are met and work is performed in compliance with Company policies and Federal and State regulations;
Assist with coordinating the work of personnel and enforcing company policies, procedures, food safety guidelines and GMP procedures;
Understand daily production requirements, set up line(s) and deploy personnel to meet production requirements prior to shift start;
Gather and accurately record data and create reports; disseminate to appropriate personnel as required;
Train/cross-train employees in departmental processes and procedures
