Parts Clerk

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support our manufacturing operations. The Parts Clerk will receive, store, issue, and track MRO and production parts to keep equipment running efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, organizing the parts room, coordinating with maintenance and production, and entering transactions into inventory systems. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming parts and supplies
• Issue parts to maintenance and production per work orders and requests
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory/ERP system
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient parts room
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisor of re-order needs
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and verification of deliveries
• Follow all plant safety, housekeeping, and environmental policies
