Job Duties
Performing preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical and/or hydraulic systems.
Operating automatic mechanical and hydraulic systems to pump water to specified water levels and quality.
Diagnosing mechanical and/or hydraulic problems in order to replace or repair defective parts.
Interpreting technical manuals to perform assembly and disassembly of mechanical/hydraulic pumping plant equipment.
Operating hydraulic lifts, portable dewatering pumps, and electric air supply system compressors for pumping plant operations.
