More about the role

The Brand/Integrated Communications team at Signify GmbH is responsible for corporate communication both internally with employees and externally with media, blogs, and other stakeholders. The department offers ideal conditions to gain first experience in organizing and implementing classic and innovative communication tools.

In addition, this dynamic technology environment also requires dynamic communication from within. We are looking for support to further develop this area with internal events, newsletters, maintenance of internal portals, etc.

• Preparation of texts and presentations

• Support in organizational tasks

• Creation of internal communication

• Support in internal events and townhall meetings

• Sending test products to media representatives

• Research

• Support in PR work and handling of journalistic, blogger, and influencer requests

• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, or similar fields

• First experiences in marketing and communication are an advantage

• Creative, communication-strong, and service-oriented

• Structured, committed, flexible, and an independent working style

• Open-minded with a strong team spirit and a passion for challenges

• Familiar with the MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus

• Fluent in German and English
