As a Junior Brand Marketing Manager (m/w/d) you make our hotel and F&B brands shine. You develop creative marketing ideas, manage our social media channels, create content and make sure our brands look exactly as they should online and offline. Together with Sophie, our Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, you organize events, implement exciting collaborations and make our hotel a topic of conversation in the city.

What does your workday look like …

• You develop and implement creative marketing measures for our hotels and F&B outlets together with the Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager.
• You create image, video and text content in German and English for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok & Linked In)
• You manage our guest communication – online and offline
• You plan and organize press, influencer and customer events
• You bring our monthly SPOTLIGHT events to the stage – from planning to marketing
• You maintain and update our websites as well as online profiles and OTA channels
• You create and send our marketing newsletters
• You build local collaborations and maintain partnerships with brands, media and companies from the neighborhood

Your personality counts more than your resume …

• You have initial professional experience in a similar role in the hotel industry or tourism and speak good English
• You are an organizational talent and enjoy organizing events and being creative
• You are a doer – and an open and flexible personality without fear of contact
• You bring not only your skills but also your character
• You have a hands-on mentality
