In addition, central specialist teams at Publicis Media support the customers of the agencies in the areas of data and technology, analytics and insights, research, content, performance, buying, and business development.

The newly established Groupe Media Solutions Team acts as a central interface between account management, the investment team, and internal product development. The goal is a holistic approach derived from customer needs to strategically optimize the media investments of our customers and develop sustainable solutions that ensure the long-term success of our customers. In this key role, you will take on the following tasks:

• You recognize customer needs from an investment perspective and set innovative impulses for product media solutions along the media strategy, which are developed and implemented together with other teams.
• You drive the holistic management and optimization of customer budgets and campaigns of all kinds in close cooperation with the respective client leads.
• For this, you develop a comprehensive and in-depth understanding for your customers/clients, among other things, based on contract contents, investment structures, media strategies, and ongoing innovation projects, for example, in the area of data, AI, retail media.
• You are responsible for conducting forecast trackings and validating them with account management to ensure precise budget forecasts and promote proactive communication of budget changes to relevant stakeholders.
• With your strategic vision and the support of internal expert teams, you drive innovations forward and strengthen the company's leading market position in the entire DACH region.
• For international customers, you take over the cross-country coordination or the aforementioned tasks to ensure maximum consistency across the three markets.

We are looking for:

• You have several years of experience in a media agency in the areas of account management or investment management and can show successes in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
• You are communication-savvy, can convince and motivate stakeholders at all levels, and drive projects independently and with a cooperative approach.
• You convince us with your structured, organized, and analytical way of working and are ready to establish new structures and optimize processes.
• Analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to manage budgets in the best possible way comes easily to you.
• You know the (DACH) market, recognize relevant trends in the digital media landscape, and can make data-based decisions confidently.
