Are you a senior Paid Search specialist who lives and breathes campaign optimisation? This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a fast‑paced, high‑volume account where your strategic thinking and attention to detail will really count.
The RoleYou'll be joining a busy, performance‑focused team managing Google and Bing Search campaigns at Account Director level. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real ownership — from optimisation and QA to managing two stakeholders based in Poland. If you're someone who takes pride in clean, well‑structured accounts and isn't satisfied until the numbers are moving in the right direction, you'll thrive here.
Whatyou'll be doing:
- Leading the management and optimisation of Google and Bing Search campaigns
- Conducting thorough QA across the account - accuracy and detail are critical at this level
- Managing and collaborating with two senior stakeholders based remotely in Poland
- Providing clear performance analysis and actionable recommendations
- Proven experience at Account Director level within Paid Search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads)
- Deep expertise in campaign optimisation — expect this to be a focus in interview
- Exceptional attention to detail; someone who spots what others miss
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross‑border collaboration
- Immediately available or on a short notice period (this is a 12‑month FTC)
