• Recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leadership across the different ministry areas such as first‑impressions, next steps, etc.
• Coordinate midweek and weekend set‑up and tear‑down of the campus.
• Inspect rooms and building prior to events to make sure all requirements are met including temperature settings, doors and access, room configurations, and last‑minute needs and details.
• Oversee and manage benevolence requests for the campus.
• Oversee and manage campus events such as baptism weekend, At the Movies, conferences, etc.
• Develop and execute a weekend service culture team strategy.
• In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, prepare and lead weekend huddles.
• In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, prepare and drive the weekly staff meeting.
• In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, lead weekend services and ministries.
• In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, provide ministry alignment in keeping with strategic goals.
• Other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor.

• Minimum of 3‑5 years ministry experience.
• Previous success as a leader or manager.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
