Summary:

4:13 Strong is a faith-based non-profit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee that empowers young men to transform their lives so that they can succeed personally and professionally. Our residential program provides a holistic approach to foster social, emotional and spiritual growth and takes approximately six to eight months for a participant to complete.

Job Summary: A 4:13 Strong House Manager is responsible for working with the Campus Coordinator and other 4:13 Strong staff leaders to help ensure campus safety, reliable transportation, meaningful activity leadership, and participant compliance with 4:13 Strong policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties: Reporting to the Campus Coordinator, House Managers will have the following responsibilities:

• Serve as Resident on Duty 10 weekends per year (Shift is 6:00pm Friday-6:00pm Sunday)
  • Senior program representative on site
  • Ensure overall compliance with program rules, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain overall campus safety and security
  • Monitor movements of all men living on campus and all visitors coming to campus
  • Make sure the program schedule is maintained
  • Escalate issues as needed to the Campus Coordinator
• Oversee house living activities
  • Ensure house residents comply with program rules, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain overall house safety and security
  • Monitor movement of all men living in the house
  • Ensure rent payments are made on time and participants are meeting budgeting expectations
• Drive 14 hours per week as assigned
  • Monday-Sunday
  • Includes grocery runs; church; AA meetings;
    Saturday Adventure trips;
    Community Service projects
• Meet with Campus Coordinator monthly for a team meeting
• Participate in quarterly trainings
• Additional tasks as assigned by Campus Coordinator

Qualifications and Skills: The ideal 4:13 Strong House Manager candidate will be someone who is passionate about Christian ministry. He will be able to connect with the men of 4:13 Strong. The candidate will also have the following skills:

• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Ability to make good decisions consistently through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Must believe in the core values of 4:13 Strong and be driven by the mission

• 2 bedroom apartment with all water, internet, and electricity paid
