Are you passionate about animals, building relationships, and supporting foster families? Monadnock Humane Society is looking for a compassionate part-time Foster Care Coordinator to help connect animals with safe, nurturing foster homes.
In this role, you’ll coordinate foster placements, welcome and support foster providers, monitor vaccination and deworming schedules, conduct new and annual foster home inspections, and maintain accurate records. You’ll serve as an important connection between foster families, shelter staff, and animals in need.
We’re looking for someone with at least one year of customer service experience, strong organizational and record-keeping skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Experience with animal handling, shelter environments, or people-focused programs is preferred. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with professionalism, sound judgment, courtesy, and tact, is essential.
